Julisan Company Limited was incorporated in Ghana as a wholly privately-owned Ghanaian company providing all types of construction services. Over the years of existence, Julisan Company Limited has undertaken many challenging projects in Ghana and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and engineering services.
The strength of Julisan Company Limited lies in its ability to plan and construct virtually any project, successfully taking them from conception to completion. The coupled with our passion and commitment to project execution and delivery, we has grown steadily in Ghana and capable of undertaking any type of building, bridges, roads construction and provision of other infrastructure.

Our team is crucial in the delivery of our solutions and services to our clients. A comprehensive training program is in place to constantly upgrade the skills of our employees and managers with technical and management skills in order to equip them with the right skills, knowledge and attitude.
We believe that providing the requisite training, accredited certification and practical knowledge for our employees and managers will enable them execute their duties and responsibilities confidently.
At Julisan Company Limited we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and the people who live and work close to our projects. To enable us to do this, we operate a robust Health, Safety and Environmental management system which is evaluated for continual improvement.
We foster a Health and Safety culture across our project sites and believe that it is the responsibility of employee including Senior Management and site Workers to try to eliminate accidents from our workplaces. Our QESH practices include:
- Ongoing training for all employees and subcontractors to make sure they can carry out their work safely;
- All employees are proactive in continually monitoring and reporting any new hazards so that accidents can be avoided;
- Senior Management frequently visit project sites to speak to workers about QHSE and Welfare requirements, ensuring that resources are available to implement the Health and Safety policy fully;
- We implement a risk-based approach in the planning and operation of our projects, seeking ways to eliminate accidents, injury and illnesses, reduce the use of energy and minimize material wastage to prevent pollution.
Julisan Company Limited manages the risk of GLOBAL WARMING through information and awareness – raising programmes. Special attention is given to foreign and migrant workers. Julisan Company Limited develops a work programme on frequency basis and information is given to the workers on the control and prevention of GLOBAL WARMING.
